Does anyone have any idea how I contact Lufthansa to make a delayed baggage claim?

My insurance will not entertain my delayed baggage claim until I contact Lufthansa to claim, but I cannot see an email address or claim form for doing so. Am I supposed to just use the contact us claim form?
