I should be able to manage it with one hand if I go slowly and am careful. By the data I should be able to manage it. I just had a Dexa scan done at the University of Texas which said I'm in the 91st percentile for pounds of muscle for my height and age. But in my mind I am just a female with a micro bicep.
I wish they were room to keep it low. I'm flying United Polaris business to LHR from Newark, and British Airways LHR directly back to Austin business class.
The good news is it looks like I've been seated with my left shoulder on the inside away from the aisle.
Otherwise, people walking by could snag the bizarre sling canted away from my body at a 30° angle. That's kind of my worst nightmare.
On BA there are cupboards/wardrobes at a lower level where you could ask the backpack/stroller to be stowed into, if there's space. My worry for you is the onward journey.
