It depends on destinations.
Some destinations will not have any business saver availability at all, for example ICN.
All Suites savers are also blocked and only for waitlisting. Some F class seats are available on LHR and SYD routes for single seats. Rest are for waitlisting only.

There were some blocking on SYD, MEL, and CGK routes recently but they all have been restored. I can see most destinations are available for booking but have to be really flexible with timing. And have to be far out. Noticeably impossible to book will be ICN. And all Suites Savers. But I don't think this has anything to do with 5 July. There weren't any to begin with before the announcement.

Well, the flights are really full themselves. So far, in the last few weeks, I have only been on 100%-filled flights. And coming weeks too, based on what I see from the seatmap. My experience is from India, South Africa, and Sydney routes.
