Hmmm. I'd love to hear how and where you managed to scrounge that perk out of the airline. Would this be something less likely to get out of DL on a flight from ATL as opposed to SDF? Had your UG already cleared? Was it from an airport you knew someone? Or was it just a matter of asking nicely on a lightly booked flight?
