FWIW, I'd fly out the day before if at all possible. AC has a direct flight around 8:00PM and I'm sure US will have an evening flight, although it most likely will connect in PIT. Since the demise of the INSpass, getting out of any terminal in the AM is a bear! A 6:15 departure means a ~5:00AM arrival at T-3.
