Only like 8 bucks, but its the principle of the whole thing. Their electronic fuel gauge is a scam. They did remove the charge since after 30 min on hold to get a rep and a few more for them to 'investigate the issue' they said they found evidence that it was returned full... whatever that means.
I'm sure they do this on purpose figuring a lot of people won't notice or won't bother, but I'm not going to let them get away with it. Avis probably is making a killing off these false charges.
