Just wanted to share a quick Delta win. I had a flight cancelled on Saturday night and wasn’t able to rebook until Sunday morning. Booked a hotel on my own at a crazy rate, because it was last minute on a Saturday. Called Delta today, and waited on hold for only 30 minutes and was connected to a customer service rep who processed a payment of $520 over the phone to cover food and hotel. I’m Gold Medallion and do not have the Delta Amex if that matters.
