Hello everyone, I just signed up for the Amex Marriott Brilliant card and I am 100% I entered my Marriott Loyalty # when I signed up for the card.
When I checked my Amex online portal, it shows that my Marriott Bonvoy # is "Not Available". Please see photo below:
This is my first Marriott card so I am just wondering whether this is normal and just a UI or technical issue? Would be very helpful to see if any other Amex Marriott cardholders have the same issue.
