This thread is getting ridiculous.

The sports franchises that charter these aircraft provide nearly all the catering and are the ones responsible for creating the menus based on the food choices selected by the players and coaches.

Any grammatical issues that may arise are the responsibility of the team travel coordinator or staff. In most cases the menus are just handed to the flight attendants by a team representative and they distribute them accordingly.
