I am curious how you got that routing as it is unusual? Do you have a long layover in PTP? And, yes, as mentioned by the previous poster, you will have to clear passport control at CDG, and you will need to do the same if you are going landside in PTP. If you have priority pass, there is a lounge for that programme at PTP - it is small, though.
