My guess is that people who don’t like the renovation haven’t seen it in person. We’re staying in a renovated Junior Suite and we love it. It is residential and luxurious, and extremely comfortable. This hotel has impressed across the board so far - room, service, F&B. Wish it wasn’t so hot in Milan!
