This is a common glitch, especially if someone is booking at a country located at the west of Turkey since the date of birth would default at Date of Birth 00:00 GMT +2 ( for example 15 May 1990 00:00 GMT +2 ) and at London it would pop up as ( 14 May 1990 22:00 GMT ) which would show up as 14 May 1990 on the TK website.
I personally would not worry about this issue.
