FYI I got the "your wait will be longer than 120 minutes" message but got through in 96 minutes. For what it's worth, I booked an ANA RTW and have called back many times over the past 9 months to make changes and each wait has been a little over an hour pretty much like clockwork. Annoying, but if you're expecting it just put the thing on speaker and go about your business, someone will pick up eventually.
