YQB - Québec City Jean Lesage

Name of the lounge : YQB - Québec City Jean Lesage Airport - Club Med VIP lounge

A lounge with an OK design but the worst food I ever had in a lounge.

Location : airside near gate 29

Opening Hours: from 4 am to 6 pm

Entry requirements : AF J and FB Elite+ pax; Skyteam Elite+ pax. To enter, you need a BP AND a QR code given at check-in counter. So even if you did OLCI and has no bag to check, you need to stop at the counter. There is no welcome desk at the lounge. There is only an attendant taking care of the F&B and housekeeping. There is a possibility of paid access (to be paid a kiosk at the entrance of the lounge).

Food offer : very limited selection and as said above, truly the worst lounge food I have had for a long time. I was starving arriving there and I really had to wait for the J meal on-board. There was a small remain of a hot soup (less than a cup remaining in the container and it was not refilled). You had an unidentifiable brown "thing" (picture below). The label said it was ham marinated in maple syrup 🤢

Also, some kind of veggies in...water (or a transparent liquid). The label said this :

Drinks offer : usual liquors and soft drinks, a sparkling wine. Note the glasses with the airport code
