She was there to take the PIT flight and was denied boarding in PIT, she never made it to YYZ. She was told by the gate agent that the entire ticket was cancelled when she tried to board in PIT and they wouldn't reinstate/reissue the ticket so she could board at that time, nor did they offer her a refund. She had to call AC after leaving the airport to finally get someone to fix the issue
I still don't understand. First you said that there was a three hours delay on the PIT-YYZ flight. Why did she not take it, or why was she not allowed to board it?
