Staying live in the hotel now but if i would be newbie i would be miffed:

At check in,
receptionist all done and giving keys to me, wishing me a nice stay:

Me:
is the lounge open again for happy hour and breakfast?

Mr Blond:
Yes it is,
checking screen,
oh i see you booked an executive room,
i forgot to encode keys with access for the lounge,
can i have them back please


Upon entering the room,
We see a king bed,
A bit strange as i booked a twin executive room for a lits jumeux and it is stated on my reservation
Mr. Blond at reception didn't bother to assign the right room type.....
