Not sure about Israel specifically, but the countries that I looked into that require travel insurance for tourists have stipulations that the policies need to cover travel medical and have provisions to cover quarantine expenses. The Chase Ink Preferred doesn't cover either of those.
We have an annual for 2 people for $460 usd that covers medical and evac. I used Squaremouth to research and went with the Geotrekker. As always study the T and Cs. This was accepted by Chile and Israel this year. Hopefully this requirement will go away like US entry testing for COVID. But I will likely keep buying due to Medicare coverage not working for international care.
