That’s a great shame because when I had an issue a phone call was needed to have someone talk to the hotel to get us our rooms. It was BAH who were at fault and an email would not have been suitable or one suspects dealt with fast enough. This was at 4am in the UK on Christmas Eve and the call was answered in seconds.
