Hello,

I flew from NBO - LHR on BA but the ticket issued was on Kenya airways (they cancelled a flight and moved me to BA). When I gave my AA One world number, the geniuses at the Nairobi Airport entered it as BA number (which did not do me any good). I am now trying to get credit on my AA account for this flight segment. Automated system on AA will not accept the Kenya Airways ticket number. I have called AA several times and have not gotten a straight answer.

I have printed iten. and can mail it to AA One world but do not have a valid address where someone will look at it and provide me credit for this segment.

Help please!
