Anyone know what is going on this random Tuesday in July that is causing a blackout of most normal rooms and none available on points?

So far as I can tell, the only major event happening that night is Iggy Pop at the Teatro Real.

I’ve been checking diligently l for three weeks now and no change in increased room availability.
