That sounds right. Real shuttle tickets were def more expensive. I'm sure that on the paper ticket coupon it just said SHUTTLE in place of the detail of the specific flight time and date. Security at domestic security at LHR Terminal 1 wouold let you through with just a ticket. You could then check in at the gate. Think it was Gate 5, which was actually a number of gates with lettered doors for the various domestic departures.
