WK soft product is great, I love them. They are so friendly and service oriented. Way better than LH. Love their A340s. I flew them to Hurghada a while ago and to other European destinations. I wouldn't really call them the low-cost branch of Swiss, more like a holiday destinations subsidiary of Swiss. You still get free stuff on it
