hi

We are titanium elite now at JW Muskoka. Check in time is at 4pm but now it‘s 5:50 but we still don’t have a room. They said upgrades aren‘t available even though lots lots of 1 bed room suites or better are available online. We are still waiting for our room… this is TERRIBLE.
