Just starting my research for a trip for my wife and I in November and am overwhelmed with options. Although we can spend up to $500 a night if we have to, it looks like there are plenty of good options in the $200-$300 range that I would prefer if we can find what we are looking for. Any suggestions will be welcomed. Here is what we are looking for.

Decent food with multiple options. It doesn't have to be 5* quality to make us happy.
Decent beach, but will most likely spend more time in pool. I want one with a swim up bar. A lazy river would be a nice plus. (I spent hours a day at the one in Jamaice where I could refill my drink without getting out of the water.)
Drinks that aren't watered down. Don't have to have top shelf stuff, but something I have actually heard of is a plus.
Fun night time atmosphere. Some sort of entertainment. Just don't want a place that shuts down when the sun goes down.
