1. Do I clear Immigration and Customs in BOG? Or do I stay airside, take the domestic flight, and clear I & C in Cali?
2. If I do clear I & C in BOG, how much "connection time" should I allow for I & C, finding the domestic terminal and gate? I'm slow and pokey!
3. Am I correct in assuming that Avianca will check my bag all the way through to my final destination, Cali?
4. What is the access to the domestic terminal at BOG: shuttle? short walk, long walk? Any tips/help would be very much appreciated.
The BOG Airport Wikipedia entry indicates that all AV flights -- both domestic and international -- now operate out of the same terminal:

I believe that all international arrivals at BOG clear Immigration and Customs there -- unless the passenger is connecting to another international destination on the same carrier that flew him/her in. That exception obviously does not apply to you.
