Avianca service was below minimum standards even before Covid. Still remember the days that they will serve J meals to their “friends” back in economy and most of the times they didn’t have my choice in J… during Covid some airlines became a bit of a joke but most of them if not all have returned to some kind of normality while Avianca still offers terrible service. Not sure what’s the excuse or how they can justify the catering from Heathrow? Plenty of providers and some very good ones.
