Honestly, there is no reason to stay here over staying at the Hyatt Place down the street, unless you’re hosting an event or part of a corporate group.
Also, from what I've seen in previous reviews, the GH has been generous with giving Globalist upgrades. I'll go with what I know that is the norm vs a guest who didn't have the greatest stay because of not having bottle water in the room, crumbs on the carpet, and not having club access. Not taking away from your experience, but that's not the trend from the majority of the reviews
I also inquired about the free parking for Globalists on award stays as your comment about having to pay struck me as off...I spoke to a front desk agent and an operator to confirm. They both told me the same thing a few minutes ago. Parking is free for Globalist on award stays. So I'm not sure if you weren't clear, there was a misunderstanding, or whatever the case was, but that's a well known benefit for Globalists in the first place.
