Call back times varied from calling on my phone (no status) - 15-20 min call back and as soon as I pressed to confirm my name it called me back. Using my wife’s phone (no status) said more than 8 hrs. Spent 4 1/2 hrs on phone with 5 different agents with no resolution and now have been on phone for 2 hrs and 6 minutes and still waiting to get resolution.
