Thanks for this. If this is the best AMEX can do at LAX due to the space constraints, I think they'd be better off just shutting it down completely. It really is a major hit on the brand. It felt like a Greyhound Bus Station.
It's still better than the Admiral's Club in terms of food and drink. The Flagship Lounge and One World Lounge is better, but I was not eligible for those.
