Hi Team - Quick query, I have an Elite Short Haul Upgrade, which I lodged before it expired for a SYD-AKL flight in October. I now need to cancel that flight and was hoping to move my upgrade over to a different Trans-Tasman booking. However, I fear that when I cancel the SYD-AKL flight, my upgrade will disappear, as technically it will have expired. Has anyone had any experience having an upgrade from a previous year moved from one booking to another?
