Does it? That may be what's displayed at the top of the data page, but look at the data lines at the bottom. There's no apostrophe or hyphen there (or space for that matter). When you fly internationally and they scan your passport, the version of your name without spaces, hyphens, or apostrophes is what gets used and passed on to the gov't. That's why your name will sometimes show as being all crammed together on a boarding pass, as this version is what will exactly match your passport.
