I booked the award on the Swiss website, but the ticket was issued by Air France in paris… I live in the US. So guess all award tickets are issued from Paris… still, but of a strange situation imo. If anyone has advice how to secure the limousine, that would be great!
For anyone interested to book from Geneva (GVA), and use the limousine service (190km radius). When you book with points, you need to make sure you book directly through AF in GVA, not through the website itself. So give them a call, and make sure the ticket office is Geneva. It was a bit of back and forth, but I managed to secure my booking
