I walked into their sales center the other day and asked what's available. Apparently the condo tower is already sold out, they're still selling the tower with the Renaissance Residence. I understand the condo tower, but that part of Ala Moana is not particularly impressive as a neighborhood. What's more, the claimed "transit-oriented development" is nonsense as the City & County ran out of money to build the rail to Ala Moana Center. Purely as a place to live, a neighborhood like Kakaako is nicer or if you want the ocean for recreation something like the Ritz-Carlton Residences in Waikiki (even set back as far as it is) strike me as a much better choice
