No help from Lurker. Got a DM asking if I had recieved a response from the hotel, to which I replied no. Nothing since.
Have not even received credit for the stay and no action taken by Marriott after missing stay request. I'm tempted to think this GM removed my number out of spite, but I've had several problems recently getting credit. However, this is the first time my missing stay request has not quickly been addressed.
This hotel GM treated me like dirt and yet Marriott could apparently not care less.
I've filed a complaint, a missing stay request, exchanged DM's with Lurker, and texted the owner. No help from anyone!
After this week's upcoming stay I'll have my 75 for the year and am going to avoid Marriott for a while. I'm having trouble getting receipts and credit for stays, and now this. Need a break from these folks. Hilton has been treating me quite well as a lowly Gold, and most of the places I have coming up also have good IHG options; honestly, in most small markets the HI Express is nicer than the Fairfields/Courtyards.
Just passed 1000 nights and am still not lifetime Plat; how in the world is this possible?
