When you say "Chase Card miles to book" are you planning to use the points like cash? Or "move my miles" to EK freq flyer program , for an award flight?
Not aware of any ffp that allows miles/points to be reversed back to source from a ffp. A little different with avios- IAG airlines.
Are you sure you can get the EK business award (if using EK ff miles)?

EK are ff partners with some other airlines, who could offer awards on EK, subject to availability.
Similarly EK ff miles can be used for awards on partner airlines, subject to availability.
