purchased 'points' do not count toward A-List, A-List Preferred, or Companion Pass but they are redeemable.
Though the answer is still no - I think the original question was reward flights which may or may not be with "purchased" points.
It would be hard to find an airline, hotel or rental car program that gives any credit for award nights, flights, etc.
