My boarding passes have always shown TSE PRE on them. I have had GE for as long as it became available and we almost exclusively flew UA. When I asked a representative what happened, I was told it was a mismatch in names. I asked if they could fix it and they told me that they couldn't. This happened in May. Since then I've spoken to several friends who also hyphenate their names and have not gotten TSA PRE when flying on UA. It seems to be a recent occurrence. Every other airline spells my name to match my passport.
