I like La Plata. Paella originated from Valencia, and while you could find a good paella anywhere in Spain at the right restaurant, I would say it’s easier to do that in Barcelona than Sevilla …
For San Sebastián, some places (mostly pintxos where you get 1-2 and could go to several places for one meal) I like include:
Gandaria
La Espiga
La Cuchara de San Telmo
Ganbara
Atari
Nestor
