I do not have proof so perhaps I should have said I think it is costing more. The cost of someone's labor to fix a specific person's issue is likely going to exceed the actual cost of that person's breakfast though. If People's experiences here are representative of the entire program then there is a lot of administrative and labor cost to fix the errors. That eats into their savings at best, and exceeds them at worst.
