I have not flown since February 2020. When I checked in for my flight, the check-in portion of the system showed no KTN even though it shows it when I look on the reservation side.
Ultimately, I was not able to check in - it is a UA-AC trip. Even though I entered all my information on the AC website and did my ArriveCan, it still would not let me check in. On a subsequent try, it still had a blank KTN.
Has anyone encountered this? Would it stick if I check in at the airport?
