Help Please - cancelled flight
Hello
We are due to travel back from Marseille tomorrow and have just received the dreaded email saying our flight is cancelled. We're on hold to BA currently. Can I check that we are entitled to be rebooked via any carrier? Will BA do this if we get through? If not can we book and claim back costs? Are we entitled to still travel in business?
There are no alternatives on BA
for tomorrow or the day after.
