KTN won't stick on reservation (for TSA Pre at JFK)
Trying to add my Global Entry/ Known Traveler Number (KTN) to my Qatar reservation, but each time I enter it and save, it pops the message that special request could not be added, and the next time I go back to Traveler Details, the KTN section is blank again.

Am I doing something wrong? Will the Check-in agent be able to add it so I can get my Pre √ at JFK?
