I am literally having the run around at the moment!

I booked a flight/hotel package via Iberia website departing MAN to LPA via MAD.

There have been numerous schedule changes so wish to cancel. There is a contact number within my confirmation email which is the UK based BA Hols team. On ringing they state they cannot process and it needs to be Bremen. Bremen state that it should be IB - IB state it’s BA!!!

Is anyone able to provide me with the best contact number to process this cancellation? TIA
