I'm hopefully going to get gold for the first time once my AY flights post and was wondering if I can then cancel avios flights for free? The website says the £35 charge still applies if I'm reading it right. I always remember my dad being able to cancel for free with his gold card by calling but might have just been for him since he used to rack up 4000+ tp a year. For reference i'm scraping 1125 so I doubt I'd get any special treatment beyond what's allowed by the rules.
