I wonder who owns the ticket now being as it was booked via LH and serviced by Etihad Air France ! EY is seriously overbooked on J a lot of the time it seems, my 789 was swapped to a 781 allegedly so they could have four more J seats as were 8 overbooked and four were downgraded
