I booked a flight on two separate tickets: IST-FRA (AP Points) with TK and FRA-YVR-YYC (Cash fare) with AC.

I’m looking into picking up my luggage in YYC without having to get it when I land in Frankfurt and re-check it when I check in for my separate YYC flight. In theory, it should be feasible since AC and TK have an interline partnership. However, I’d like get feedback from travelers who’ve had first-hand experience for whom the luggage made it to YYC without any issues despite the two separate bookings.
