Has anyone had any recent success stories upgrading from J/C/D to F on LX using *A (non-M&M) miles? Ideally I'd use UA miles, but you can't waitlist those upgrades, so I guess I'd have to check for space regularly using their online upgrade tool, but wondering if it's even worth the effort.
