for a while, I was such a geek that I could recite the entire American Airlines safety instruction video, but that was before they made it bilingual.

I think most AA flights start with
"Ladies and gentleman, welcome aboard flight #XXX, with non-stop service from XXX to XXX. Your flight crew for this flight is Captain (name), he/she is assisted by first officer (name). From XXX to XXX, our flying time will be x hours and x minutes at an altitude of 3x,000 feet. And now please direct your attention to the monitors in your cabin (newer planes) for a brief but important video about safety on this Boeing 7x7."
