I submitted the partner claims on April 2. Almost 3 months ago.
They are still showing as "submitted". Despite BAEC contacting me through PM and me emailing all documents to their email address weeks ago, there's still no update.
Their Twitter team seems completely overwhelmed, too, and just asks me to be patient.
I understand they're busy, but I'm really beginning to worry about my status renewal now.
Really hope they'll figure this out soon...
