You continue to ignore the fact that CX put "eligible fare classes" in the condition. To me, this means only those fare classes eligible for MPO points and AM would qualify. You are free to have your interpretation, but I would not advise anyone that they can buy the cheapest MH ticket to qualify, unless CX explicitly confirms it.
